Chicken Tikka Tacos

Ever fancied some chicken tikka round lunch time but figured it takes too long, it’s messy and not the most practical thing to eat, so you grabbed an ordinary sandwich instead? Well I have a solution.. Presenting Chicken Tikka Tacos! (This is beginning to sound like an ad isn’t it?) Well it’s not supposed to….! It’s just a really simple recipe that tastes so good and fresh so I had to share it.
Note: The chicken can be pre marinated a couple days before and kept in the fridge until you want to use it. Check it out..

love the recipes on your site! i've always been too intimidated to try indian food in my own kitchen, but you make it seem simple — i'll have to give these tacos a try for sure 🙂

I am making this as I write this; a couple of questions. Nowhere in this recipe does it say what to do with the lemon juice or the chiles. I just included them in the sauce; hopefully that’s right! Also, does it have to marinate, or can you just make this all in one sitting? Also, you may want to add in the lettuce, tomatoes, onions into the ingredients list; I didn’t buy them and I’m wishing I did!

      Hi Jennifer!
Add the lemon juice chillies to the yoghurt paste before adding chicken. Also, if you don’t have time, you don’t have to let it rest to marinate (although if you do, the chicken will be more flavorful and tender).
Thanks for this message-I’ll make the amendments! I hope this recipe works well for you.
